Coffee Appointment Bookings
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours before your booking. We may be able to rearrange this if an alternative slot is available.
Failing to contact us at least 48 hours before your booking will result in the loss of the session. If you log into the virtual coffee meeting more than 10 minutes late, this may also lead to the appointment ending sooner.
Once the booking slot is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable to any third party. Any exemptions can be made only at the discretion of The Hijrah Guide Team.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Webinar Ticket Bookings
We have a limited number of tickets for our events, so any tickets purchased for any of our events are non-refundable and non-transferable to any third party.
